This is the first video in a series of videos where we are going to look at different training splits to see what would be the best training split for you. We are going to start with full body workouts. They are often recommended to newer lifters as a great place to start. To learn the movements and have their bodies adapt to the stresses of training. But a full body split can be so much more than a beginner workout, it can grow with you, providing you with more versatility and plateau busting options than almost any other training split.
