Upper/Lower Body Training Split, For You? (WORKOUT INCLUDED)

This is the second episode in our series on training splits. today we are going to talk about Upper/ Lower body training split. This is the type of split I am currently using.
It shares some of the advantages of full body training like having a bit more flexibility in training days because you have 3 rest days it makes it easy if you have to shift your schedule for any reason.
With upper, lower body training you now have 4 training days 2 being upper body and 2 being lower. So this ends up greatly increasing your leg training volume. For those not yet ready for that volume of lower body work. They will have to reduce the number of sets on this day and add in more sets as they progress.
