Do Not Let Customers Order Materials!

We all retain the right to use this one very powerful line, which is, that's not how we do business. You don't need to justify, you don't need to explain. Every time that customer says that they wanna supply material, you don't know what they're getting.

You don't know if they're gonna order it right. If they're short on something, if they order stuff that's like not workable, or they order some cheap ventilation and then they have problems later, every finger gets pointed back to you.

For these customers, I would say, unfortunately, that's not how we do business. We've attempted this in the past and it has never once worked out well for anybody. When we do your project, we use quality materials that our crew is familiar with, understands the manufacturer recommendations, understands exactly what to order so we can get the job done, and we can warranty our work.
