Three Days Family Camping in our Jeep Cherokee XJ (Autumn 2020)

This vide is originally from September 2020 in Autumn in Northern Sweden. We went out for three days with Max our 7 month old (at the time) to give our Jeep expedition setup another go now that Max was bigger. The Roof Tent had gotten a little on the small side with the three of us and were considering moving away from it all together. Our plan was to adapt the ARB awning room (which we have kind of done - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TWTIzmTPnn4&t=450s) into a liveable space and trial run it saving weight and gaining full Roof Rack storage for bulky items like bedding, clothing and the awning room.
I thought I would share this trip on the channel as it shows some of the evolution of the setup. I do miss sleeping in the roof top tent when i'm solo. More importantly though it must be removed in winter every year to avoid condensation and mold which has become a bit of a chore. It also adds around 60kg (including bedding) on the rack which I would like to drop for a lighter option.
