IT'S FRAUD! The used car scam you need to know about

In this one I look into something I consider to be extremely open to abuse, that's the potential falsification of car service history by unscrupulous people in order to get a higher price when selling their cars. Used car scams are on the rise but I just can't believe how easy this one appears to be.

False service history seems easy to make and the tools are all seemingly readily available to us all.

This video is meant to be good used car buying advice, I'm not saying that every car service history has been forged, nor am I saying that every dealer or seller is a crook. I'm just saying that if you wanted to do something like this the tools are readily available so it's safest to treat everyone and everything with suspicion. Even if the car is sourced from a reputable car dealership, check the history yourself - there's no guarantee they checked it before they purchased it.
