Underweight and dehydrated dogs found near Firemen's Park, Niagara Falls - UPDATE

"Franklin" and "Harriet" were found wandering by Firemen's Park in Niagara Falls near some filthy discarded carriers. Underweight and dehydrated, they continue to recover at our Niagara Falls shelter. There is currently no timeline for their adoption as they are still recovering.
