How To Cook A Steak with a Sous Vide and Finished It Over Coals!

We cooked 3 Steaks with a Sous Vide in our trailer and then put some grill mark on them over some coals. This was a two-part video, the first part was to measure how much wattage is used to run the Sous Vide in our Wattage Wednesday series. Then we finished cooking the Steak over Coals in this video.
