This is famous Twilight Zone creator Rod Serling telling you to stop throwing your damn cigarettes out the window. It would have been better if he was smoking when they filmed him. He was always smoking in The Twilight Zone. The man had seen things... you'd need a jack too.

Video and Audio has been enhanced. Yeah, I know there's a hiss. Can't remove it without the audio becoming even worse. It's the least bad alternative given the quality of the film strip.
