Weird Portland Oregon "Citizen's Arrest Against Diabetes" Tom Potter Local PSA Commercial (1993)

Um, What? Lost Media is that you? Chief Tom Potter is the chief of Diabetes and he's going to do a citizen's arrest on the disease. That's what that said right? It kind of lost me with what the citizens arrest has to do with diabetes. Ok, it's a charity thing...but its run by the police. The police don't do citizen arrests, they do regular arrests. I mean, I guess technically they're citizens, but now you're just being silly. That would be like saying "I'm insane". Meaning of course that I'm sane, since you can't spell insane without "sane." Everyone following along? No? Ok, good. This commercial was weird.

But I totally support phony "citizen" arrests in protest/support of diabetes. I support it because I just like saying it. It doesn't make a lick of sense and I'm glad it was a thing. Whoever came up with it, Kudos sir. I also enjoy drinking crazy juice.
