Um. What is happening with this commercial? This website is still around, but it's some weird SEO chinese site.

This is the first result when googling "Bruce A Berman" the author from this commercial:

Um, what? Did his linkedin get hacked? Why does it say scam? I mean... obviously, but why does it say that?
