"Resident Evil Lady Milla Jovovich Selling Makeup" 1998 L'oreal Commercial (90's Lost Media)

When did Resident Evil come out? Was it before or after 1998? Ok, so it was 2002. So this was before Resident evil. I have no idea what this lady did before or after. As far as I (or anyone) knows, she made like 10 Resident Evil movies in an (alleged) money laundering scam with her husband (the director). The first movie was okay, but the rest went off the wall in a b-movie kind of way. But not a good b-movie like Miami Connection. A bad b-movie like something you'd see on redbox dvd rental or Tubi. WTF is tubi?
