1990 M&M's Birthday Club Candy Commercial [GET A WATCH! ⌚︎] (90's Lost Media)

Looks like it was MM's 50th birthday, so they had a promotion where you could get a free watch (and other merchandise) on your birthday in you sent in a bunch of UPC's. There are a few versions of this commercial, but this is the only one I've seen with the watch.

I wonder if they licensed the happy birthday song? You know how someone bought the copyright and used to sue everyone?
