Weird "Miami For Kids" 2000's Commercial (2005) [Visit Florida 2005]

I thought this was a clothing ad at first, like "Gap For Kids." But no, it's literally Miami, Florida, but for kids. Like, what is this ad trying to accomplish? It's super pretentious for a "visit florida and buy a plastic hat" ad. 0/10.
