How to UNLOCK your POTENTIAL

About a month ago, I decided I needed to take my health more seriously. I was 260 pounds and I am only 5'8. In the last 4 weeks, I am down 20 pounds, and am now at 240 pounds. I have been going on multiple walks every week, doing pushups, bicep curls, and 250 squats 6 days a week.

Obviously much more work needs to be done, and I am nowhere near where I want to be, but we all have to start somewhere, right?

The most difficult part of starting this process is doing it alone. So for those of you who want to join with me, and have a strong, encouraging community to support you, join me!

We need to make sure as a society that we all push each other to be the best versions of ourselves as possible. it's very important because we will feel better and start to live longer, and better lives. It's tough to get started, but it gets easier as you go, and it even becomes really fun when you see gains (or losses) and you can track your progress.
