I Bought A Second Jeep Cherokee XJ: Parts Donor Or Restoration?

I've bought another Jeep Cherokee XJ and its a 1990 4L Auto Transmission with an NP242, Dana 30HP and a Dana 35 Rear. Its not in the best of condition given its been sitting around outside for a long time. As you may know if you watch the channel, I have an XJ already that I use regularly for adventure based camping and overland adventures. I would like to keep my Jeep going for many years to come so having a donar was always something to look out for.
Its a LHD Pre Facelift with a totally different drive train, but there are still lots of transferable parts like doors, windows and other things that could be swapped if needed. On the other the other hand its a complete Jeep that i could get running and restore for the family, a project for my son as he gets older, or a basic 4wd for Megan who has always wanted her own 4x4. It will be a lot of work to get it cleaned up but I am still undecided.
