Chancellor's Report to the Great Monarch 013 - We're in the Woods

This is a series of videos I make where I play the fictional role of a chancellor advising the Great Monarch. I make twenty-three points about whatever subject matter I'm covering in the video. In this one, I go over differentiating when the king must be firm and when he must be merciful. "We're in the woods" means there hasn't been any bad trees being cut down and now the whole world is overgrown with evil and fruitlessness.
