He's already made his doctrine, Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era mandatory reading, and now the Politburo Standing Committee is considering a Patriotic Education law that would make it criminal to, for example, harm the dignity of the flag or defile patriotic education facilities.
