$1600 Gaming PC Build | Ryzen 7 3700X and RTX 2070 SUPER + 4K Benchmarks

Big shout out to my good buddy Sean for allowing me to document the building of this PC. This PC has a build cost of around $1600 USD so we did not go all out on high end parts. We decided to do an AMD build using the Ryzen 7 3700X 8-core processor.

Our Motherboard was an Asus ROG Crosshair VII Hero, and we threw in 16GB of Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 Ram. The GPU used is the MSI GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER. This card is an animal and did well outputting our gaming benchmarks in 4K.

We are powering this RIG with a Corsair HX1000 Watt power supply. This is absolutely overkill for this build and you can definitely go with a 750W or 850W instead but we got a good deal on this, so we took it.

The case is a Thermaltake View37 ARGB case. It is a really large case, so if you have space restraints, you will want to pick something smaller.

Benchmarks for Gears of War 5 (GOW 5) and Control were taken and displayed using MSI Afterburner.
