Why do men like a woman's buttocks?

The size of women's buttocks (i.e. hips) is related to their physical development, diet, exercise and lifestyle.
By the way, Negro women have bigger buttocks because they have higher general body fat percentage which is stored there due to maximum fat utilization.
Apart from this, female hormones also affect their butt size.
