2 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 cups saltine crackers, crumbled (1 pack of crackers, approximately)
1 cup milk
1/2-1 teaspoon Italian herbs
1/2 teaspoon powdered onion
1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Flour, for coating
Salt and freshly ground pepper, as desired
For the gravy:
1 1/2 cups milk
2 (10.75 oz.) cans condensed mushroom cream soup

350 covered for 30 minutes serve with potatoes or rice or alone
