I CAN'T FORGIVE YOU / Pastor Bob's Coffee Break

Dear Pastor Bob: I understand by reading the Bible, that in order to be forgiven you must forgive others as well as yourself. I have an extremely hard time forgiving. I have tons of trauma in my life that I can't seem to let go of. In fact, I don't forgive. I thought maybe praying to God for the ability to forgive might help? I would like your thoughts on this.
