Street Scrapping - From High Hopes to Scrap Steel Picking

Trash picking was lean today with so many scrappers picking over the same hard rubbish piles.
I scored two lucky PC's and some brass but mostly it was scrap steel.
With only a week of hard rubbish in melbourne to go I think many are making a last ditched effort to cash up with anything they can get their hands on.
