There is no way power lines behave like this BEFORE the Hurricane. First of all there are electric arcs everywhere and the wind is not strong. Even if the wind is strong normally there wouldn't be so many electric arcs. But these ones happened before the wind was blowing strong like you can see here.
This was sabotage, to overpower the electric system and super charge it.
Possibly 5G and DEW weapons were used as well to supercharge the electrical systems.
We also see bursts of energy, powefull flashes consistent with DEWs atacks.
The thing is, it doesn't have to be only ONE way of operation. Very possibly the sabotage was multiple to make people debate endlessly, was it this, was it that? To make people run away in circles even those that study these things.
MOST probably there were multiple methods used and human error and ignorance was also a factor. BUT who put the people in charge to be ignorants? Also them, that wanted the land and to implement some BS in Hawaii.
