VANGUARD LIFESTRATEGY FUNDS with NO FUND FEES? Creating them in eToro (STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL)

I'm an active Vanguard Investor and currently use their platform to invest in their Lifestrategy Funds as well as a few others. However, LifeStartegy funds with admin & fund fees compared to many "NO fee" platforms now in the UK - I wanted to create a cheaper version for the LifeStartegy if possible and show you how you can create your own version of the LifeStrategy with NO FEES every quarter. I'm going to show you how to do that within Etoro but you can use the same funds in whatever platform you are potentially using.
