2022 Genesis G80 2.2D Luxury Car Review | Honest Car Reviews

So here is my latest new car review, and it's one I've been looking forward to for some time. Genesis cars massively impressed me with my first experience of one - the G70 Shooting Brake and this run of good form seems to have continued with the G80 with is a very impressive car indeed.

This particular G80 Saloon/Sedan is fitted with the 2.2 diesel engine which offers 310 bhp and a 0-62mph time of 8 seconds. Despite this being a very easy powerplant to live with I have to say that a V6 would have suited the car a little better and the co2 emissions figures make this a difficult choice for company car drivers.

The G80 interior is simply stunning in both design and with the quality of materials used and the familiar Hyundai/Kia based infotainment system is
very competent.
