The Awakening - Christ was planted as a seed, so that we could be awakened as trees

Jesus indicated that he would go through a process of transformation, from what he was, at the time he was speaking to his disciples, a seed or grain, he would fall down or die or go asleep, so that he could bear much fruit and even as importantly that other seeds can bear much fruit.
