Title: Longing to be with Our Mighty King!
"The king’s heart is a stream of water in the hand of the LORD; he turns it wherever he will." (Proverbs 21:1 ESV)
God is Sovereign over everything, including kings. His sovereign rule is emphasized throughout all Scripture and is seen throughout the book of Proverbs. This verse, in particular, point's to His sovereignty and it is a beautiful comfort to the believer to know that the Lord is the sovereign ruler of all, including the powerful kings and rulers of this world.
