Instructions:

Heat up 1 TBSP of ghee in a pan over medium heat.
Add 1 TSP of garlic & ginger paste, followed by 3 TBSP of bhuna onions. Sauté until golden.
Sprinkle in 2/3 pinches of salt, 1/2 TSP of turmeric, 1 TSP of coriander powder, 1 TSP of curry powder, 1/4 TSP of garam masala powder, 1/2 TSP of cumin powder, and 1/4 TSP of chilli powder. Mix well.
Incorporate 1 TBSP of your special tomato puree for that tangy richness.
Gently add 10-12 pieces of precooked chicken, ensuring they are coated in the fragrant spices.
Introduce 2 wedges of tomato for a burst of freshness.
Pour in 250ml of base gravy to enhance the saucy goodness.
Sprinkle 2 TBSP of kasuri methi for that distinct aroma.
Allow the flavours to meld together over a gentle simmer.
