Bulgogi Kimbap (Seaweed Rice Rolls.

Ingredients:
- Cooked seasoned rice
- Roasted seaweed (nori)
- Cooked bulgogi (marinated beef)
- Julienned carrot and cucumber
- Sliced cooked egg omelet
- Blanched spinach leaves
- Sesame oil
- Soy sauce and wasabi

Instructions:
1. Place seaweed on bamboo mat, spread rice evenly, leaving top edge free.
2. Add bulgogi, carrot, cucumber, egg, and spinach.
3. Roll tightly using mat, seal with moistened seaweed edge.
4. Repeat for other rolls, slice, brush with sesame oil.
5. Serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
