Chicken liver(kaleji) Dhaba style
Ingredients
1.Two medium size onions.
2. Two medium tomatoes.
3. Green chillies 4,5.
4. Garlic ginger paste 1 tablespoon.
5. Red chilli, salt, turmeric, dhaniya powder, cumin powder, kadahi masala 1 tablespoon (Any brand)
6. Oil 3 tablespoons.
" Recipe"
Wash chicken liver properly and cut it evenly and peel onions, peel tomato and cut in cubes cut in small pieces green chilli
Now take a pan and put 3Tb oil, put onion and fry until golden brown then put tomato and ginger garlic paste now add whole spices and little bit of water after that fry until oil separated
Then add boiled chicken liver and Fry it properly for 5 to 8 minutes and garnish it with some coriander and green chillies .
