Diablo IV

Diablo IV is an action RPG developed by the company Blizzard Entertainment, being the fourth title in the Diablo series. On November 1, 2019, during Blizzcon, the game was officially announced for PC and platforms. Its release was well received by critics and audiences.
Plot

Set in the world of Sanctuary, Diablo IV takes place right after Diablo III: Reaper of Souls. Cultists invoked the main antagonist and daughter of Mephisto, Lilith. After the events of the previous games, the forces of angels and demons have been depleted, opening up a chance for her to establish her power over Sanctuary.

Prior to the events of the game, Lilith and the angel Inarius created the realm of Sanctuary to provide refuge. This relationship between angel and demon led to the birth of the nephalem, a powerful new race. Those who live in Sanctuary believe that this power would bring attention, and so the inhabitants considered destroying them. Lilith, not wanting to see her children killed, destroyed all who opposed her, prompting Inarius to banish her to the void.
