Nice thing with the Skottles is after the first items are cooked, you move them to the outer edge where it is not as hot, and it just keeps them nice and warm.

The disk is cast iron, so pretty much like cooking on Lodge cast iron cookware.
Very easy to clean up.
Boil some water in the disk, use plastic spatula and agitate any leftover food, and then pour off the water.
Pat dry with a paper towel, then add a little bit of olive oil and wipe entire inside of disk with another paper towel.
Wipe again with another paper towel to get up any excess olive oil.

I have the full size Skottle too for bigger multi day meals.
