Are the Starmerites moving against Angela Rayner?

As Starmer waters down worker's rights, Angela Rayner pushed back and now the media are on her case too...
Right, so the ongoing attacks against the left of the Labour Party are very much still going on, but you don’t even have to be of the left anymore it seems to find yourself a target and if anyone out there still believes Angela Rayner is of the left I beg to differ, though to the Starmerite red tory right, she might as well be considered as such. The Deputy Labour Leader rose to prominence, was elevated from the backbenches by Jeremy Corbyn, but soon switched to being soft left, kept her head down, didn’t challenge Starmer overtly, as much as people wanted her to. Many gave her the benefit of the doubt seeing the purging going down, a leftie hanging in there but then she was basically blamed for the poor local election performance of 2021, got sacked as the party election campaign co-ordinator and party chair, because Starmer always needs someone else to blame though when it comes to herself personally, Rayner can and has fought her corner, the sackings botched, as getting the Dpeuty Leader offside isn’t helpful at all and Starmer then made her Shadow Minister for the Cabinet Office and Shadow Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, as well as Deputy Leader and Shadow First Minister of State. She didn’t make a squeak when her flatmate Rebecca Long-Bailey was sacked, she didn’t make a squeak when her apparently boyfriend these days Sam Tarry got sacked and later deselected, the word solidarity is a big thing for the left, a big thing for socialists, but Rayner? Well it seems to have got lost on the mix. So they’ve already come for Rayner you might think. Well the one post Starmer can’t remove her from is the elected post of Deputy Leader that she has, so that’ll require some more underhanded means. Rayner has been regularly attacked in the press, for example calling the Tories scum, which I gave her props for frankly because they are, but then you get Starmer refusing to support her in that, other Labour MPs wringing their hands and bemoaning the choice of language and Blairite brown-nosers like Andrew Adonis demanding she be subjected to a vote of no confidence as Deputy Leader over it, just who’s side are you on fella?
