The Character of God: Mercy

God is merciful, and wants to show even more mercy, but requires an obedient response to show all of the mercy He wishes toward us, including the forgiveness of sins, giving us the status of His children, and having fellowship with us. In return, we must show mercy to others, admit our sinfulness, and continue to obey Him.
