Exposing the fake motivational speakers.

Motivational speakers are selling the false dreams to the youth in Pakistan. I am trying to convince my friends in this videos that they are a hoax.
Translation of the content in the video:
Motivational speakers only do three things: one, they tell you that you are a failure, second, they tell you and only you are the reason of your failure, three, that success is only defined as they are going to do. Else than that they have nothing in the basket to sell to you.
