How SRI LANKA Changed My Life | Sri

SRI LANKA - My Indian visa was about to expire and a friend said to me: "Go to Sri Lanka!". Friends and family told me I was crazy to go to a country with an economic and political crisis: Sri Lanka was going through a tough time, gas and fuel were hard to find and the Sinhalese population was taking to the streets to protest. But in life I have always chosen courage over caution, and I have never regretted it. Life needs to be lived chasing one's passions, and my passion is to travel, to learn and to make the world understand that there is nothing to fear in diversity: the world is full of wonderful people who give you their hearts. On April 4th 2022, I boarded a nearly empty flight to Colombo. Once landed, I immediately knew that I had arrived at a special island. On the tuk tuk to my homestay, I instantly fell in love with this wonderful country: yet, I didn't know that it would help me to change my life.
