In 2007 Rosalind Peterson, California President and Co-Founder of the Agriculture Defense Coalition was a Keynote Speaker at the 60th Annual United Nations DPI/NGO Conference on Climate Change (New York on September 5-7, 2007). She spoke about the negative impacts of experimental weather modification and climate engineering programs on agriculture, along with other issues directly related to the survival and sustainability of the planet.

Rosalind Peterson, is a leader and warrior in the fight to protect our environment, nature and people from the harm of GeoEngineering, weather modification, and other environmentally destructive programs.

Many people think that solar geoengineering is a new thing. It's not. It has been going on for literally decades. It hasn't worked yet.....

They called us conspiracy theorists for calling it out, since we didn't use their "scientific" terms. They have gaslit everyone into believing we are all crazy. They want you to ignore all the trails in the sky. You are not allowed to question what chemicals might be in those trails. They are just water vapor according to the "official narrative."

This lady says differently, and she said it way back in 2007, in front of the world at the United Nations.
