My energy and strength completely crashed, during my warming up for benching, right after my Squat 1RM Test. My form and overall pressing power felt off, and most of all, the unracking of the weight felt constantly terrible, and was taking a big amount of energy from me, with every lift. Still, this seemed to move decently, taking the aforementioned factors in to account, and considering this is weight I have literally never touched before, with bench. I may have had 127.5 Kgs in me here on this day, but I was so completely gassed, and ended up being so consumed with going for 130 Kgs, that I made the foolhardy decision to go for that instead, haha. I think on a much better day, I have more in me. It'll come, one step at a time 🤘🏻.
