She needs serious help but if doesn't come in the form of pills, booze and weed, she wants nothing to do with it. At the very least, one would expect SOMEONE in her family to tell her how absolutely vulgar and disgusting she appears to the majority of people who know of her. But of course, she'd effectively repel that type of 'help' as well.
