Masculine approach for depression

The video discusses my experience with depression and how the conventional approaches are often more "feminine" to addressing it and does not resonate with someone more masculine. I share an alternative, more "masculine" strategy and emphasises the importance of identifying one's values and striving towards the best version of oneself.

I reflect on my coping mechanisms and how they ultimately led to self-sabotage.

If you are currently depressed, I encourage you to take a step back and identify any unconscious behaviours that you are doing on repeat that are detrimental to your condition.

Its time to start consciously working towards a better version of yourself!
