Baby Emu Playing With Basset Hounds

Known as "the cousins of ostriches", emus are the second largest bird in the world, able to grow up to 6 feet in height. Native to mainland Australia, these birds are known as sprinters, as they are able to achieve speeds of 31 miles per hour! Even though these birds can grow so big, their young are very tiny!
Fun fact: emus were used as "stand-ins" for some of the two-legged dinosaurs in the film! They are able to wrestle you down if you try to catch them, which apparently isn't what the chick in this clip has in mind.
This baby emu is settled on harassing these two wrinkled tubes with power noses, poking them with it's tiny beak.
