Seneca The Younger | A Stoic's Advice for Overcoming Adversity

My apologies for the faulty frame size of the video, though I hope you are able to enjoy it regardless. I hope to bring some advice from "Seneca's Letters From a Stoic" regarding adversity and what might be done to overcome it.

Much, but not all, of what is spoken about here is taken from the 78th letter to his friend Lucilius. Toward the end of the video I have left some chapters which I recommend you to check out if there is any interest.
