Lilydale Organic Chicken Bought From Coles In Melbourne Found Full of Worms And Maggots

A woman has claimed she found worms and maggots inside a raw chicken she purchased from a Coles supermarket in Melbourne.
Bernadette Balanco said she bought a whole Lilydale chicken from Coles Northcote on Tuesday in Melbourne’s north, before she made a ‘disturbing’ discovery.
Ms Balanco posted a picture of the chicken filled with maggots and worms to Coles’ Facebook page on Thursday, saying she has been deterred from buying meat at the supermarket chain again.
