Rat and Cats first meeting

Our 5 month old kitten Misty meeting our 8 month old Rat KC for the first time. It was remarcable how quiet and careful, yet curious both where. Misty kept her calm until KC came too close then she jumped off the bed. Well, who is more scared, the Rat or the Cat?
