CLOAKED Drifters in the Sky looking north east 8-18-23

Additional footage taken yesterday as the WORLD VIEW Stratollite balloon was drifting in the near-earth orbit for a while to the northeast...
There was a lot going on up there, including JANETS and chem sprayers...
