Dude bails on massive hill and runs into car on skateboard

A guy with long hair, in a black sweater, and blacks jeans tries to ride down a steep hill street in San Francisco on his skateboard. Falls off skateboard at the bottom after gaining too much speed and stumbling into a cars tire setting off the alarm.
