AMAZING facts about life!

In some Amazing facts about life, we took a very general overview of pretty much everything! How nuclei and electrons form atoms, how some atoms stick together to form molecules, and how one subsection of those is the bio-molecules which make up life.

In this part we take a look in a little more detail at one of those sets of biomolecules, specifically the proteins. How the amino acids are actually really simple mixes of some of the most abundant nuclei in the universe, and how they have even been found in space. How the amino acids stick together to form proteins, and how these can do things, like transport oxygen. It also briefly touched on how mutations can lead to proteins with somewhat different functions and how this can lead to evolutionary change.
