Georgia Murderer Set to Die Tuesday Asks to Be Executed Using ‘Banned’ Method

Convicted Georgia killer J.W. Ledford Jr. has been locked behind bars for more than two decades since committing a gruesome murder in 1992.
The then 20-year-old Ledford was found guilty for murdering his 73-year-old neighbor, Dr. Harry Buchanan Johnston Jr., and kidnapping the man's wife to commit a robbery, according to court records.
