How to Make White Kurma in Under 30 Minutes! - The Perfect Side dish for Chapati Poori & Appam

To Make Masala Paste

Grated Coconut - 1 Cup
Cashew Nuts - 10 Nos
Roasted Chana Dal - 1 Tbsp
Fennel Seeds - 1 Tsp
Cinnamon
Cloves - 2 Nos
Cardamom - 2 Nos
Water

To Make White Kurma

Oil - 3 Tbsp
Whole Spices
( Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Stone Flower, Mace, Bay Leaf )
Onion - 2 Nos
Green Chilli - 5 Nos
Potato - 1 Cup
Carrot - 1 Cup
Beans - 1 Cup
Green Peas - 1 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp
Salt - 1 Tsp
Water - 2 Cups
Curry Leaves

Method:
1. Take freshly grated coconut, cashewnuts, roasted chana dal, fennel seeds, cinnamon, cloves, cardamomand water in a mixer jar.
2. Grind it all into a fine paste and keep it aside.
3. Take oil in a kadai, add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, stone flower, mace and bay leaf.
4. Add onions, green chillies and roast for 3 mins.
5. Add in chopped potatoes, chopped carrots, chopped beans, fresh green peas.
6. Mix and saute for about 3 mins.7. Add in ginger garlic paste, salt and mix well.
8. Add water to the kadai, cover the kadai with a lid and cook the vegetables for about 10 mins.
9. Add in the ground masala paste, cook for 2 mins.
10. Pour in water, mix, cover the kadai with a lid and cook for 10 mins.
11. Lastly add fresh curry leaves, mix and turn off the stove.
12. White Vegetable Kurma is ready to be served hot with any Indian bread of your choice
