Today is my week 11 update. I was not able to fall below 400 but that is OK. I will keep going.
Also, I have 3 videos for you to watch. Two of them are intertwined.
Home Stead How had a person comment on one of his videos last week. That guy was Bill Nott. Over 700lbs and he is just starting carnivore AND is uploading videos to YouTube. Let's all go and subscribe to him and help support him.
